You will need: 1 lb ground chicken breast 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (fresh) 1 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice 1/4 cup Mexican style cheese (low fat) 1 1/2 tbsp minced jalapeños 1/4 cup minced onions salt and pepper to taste Directions: Combine all ingredients in bowl Split into four equal parts and form into patties Grill over medium-high heat, preferably charcoal, until done (165 F)
